-- Crons should be enabled and working.
-- SKU in Amazon should be available in Magento and have positive qty.


Do you need all Amazon products to be assigned to specific profiles?
-- No, Product profiles are needed for only sync the inventory, price and other product data.
   But I would recommend to add them in a profile for continuous inventory sync.


Is it necessary to upload products?
>> No it is not necessary but if you want to list new product then you can use it.


Is it necessary to synchronize products and pictures? 
>> No


Pricing?
>> No, but it is recommended to sync in case you want the price same as Magento on Amazon.

>> No, but it is recommended to sync in case you want the inventory same as Magento on Amazon.
