How a merchant can send Refund request if a customer return the product/order directly to the merchant without the involvement of Walmart.com?
To manage this type of return there is a panel Walmart Refund:-

1. Select Walmart > Walmart Orders > Refund from the menu section to open the Refund Management page.
2. Click on "Get Updated Refund Status" button to get Updated Refund Status immediately.
3. Click on Create New Refund button to open Refund Information form.
4. This will open a form for entering the Refund related information.
5. Enter Purchase Order Id and hit submit , it will open return form to fill refund details.

And then click on "Submit Refund" button. A Success Message will be displayed after some time.
