Does admin’s approval is must for showing a newly created product by Vendor on website?
No, If admin disables “Require Admin Approval” for a new product, then his approval will be no longer required to show the product on the website. Admin can do so by clicking on Marketplace > Vendor Configurations > Vendor Products > Require Admin Approval.
