About Qualification Center

The Qualification Center helps you manage the people or business entities responsible for product compliance details on TikTok Shop. From here, you can add, view, edit, and assign Responsible Person and Manufacturer details to your products.

This section is useful for maintaining accurate compliance information and making sure the correct details are linked to the relevant products before they are published or synced to TikTok Shop.

Responsible Person 

Use this tab to manage the list of responsible persons associated with your products. 

Page Grid

Each added record appears in a table with the following details:
  1. Name: Shows the name of the responsible person or manufacturer.
  2. Email: Displays the registered email address for that entry.
  3. Address: Shows the saved address linked to the record.
  4. Phone: Displays the contact number associated with the entry.
  5. Actions: Lets you manage the selected record. The product-specific action tabs includes: 
    1. Edit: Use this option to update the saved details of the selected responsible person.
    2. Manage Products: Use this option to assign or manage the products linked to that responsible person. This helps ensure that the correct compliance details are associated with the right products. 

How to Add a Responsible Person 

  1. Go to the Qualification Center.
  2. Make sure the Responsible Person tab is selected.
  3. Click Add Responsible Person.
  4. In the Responsible person information pop-up, fill in all required details.
  5. Click Save to add the record.

Fields in the Form 

  1. Name: Enter the full name of the responsible person.
  2. Phone: Select the country code from the dropdown, then enter the contact number.
  3. Business Email: Enter the business email address associated with the responsible person.
  4. Address: Enter the complete business or official address.
  5. Postcode: Enter the postcode for the provided address.
  6. Country: Enter the country linked to the responsible person’s address. 
Click to save the entered details and create the responsible person record. 


Manufacturer 

The Manufacturer tab in the Qualification Center lets you add, review, and manage manufacturer details for your products. This section is especially important for meeting TikTok Shop compliance requirements, including EU GPSR-related product information. 

Page Grid 

Each manufacturer record is displayed with the following details:
  1. Name: Shows the manufacturer’s name.
  2. Registered trade name: Displays the official registered trade name of the manufacturer.
  3. Email: Shows the saved email address for that manufacturer.
  4. Address: Displays the manufacturer’s registered or business address.
  5. Phone: Shows the contact number linked to the manufacturer.
  6. Actions: Lets you manage the selected manufacturer record. Each specific action tab includes: 
    1. Edit: Use this option to update the manufacturer details.
    2. Manage Products: Use this option to assign products to that manufacturer or update the existing product association. 

How to Add a Manufacturer 

  1. Go to the Qualification Center.
  2. Open the Manufacturer tab.
  3. Click Add Manufacturer.
  4. In the Manufacturer information pop-up, enter the required details.
  5. Click Save to create the manufacturer record.

Fields in the Form 

  1. Name: Enter the manufacturer’s name.
  2. Registered trade name: Enter the official registered trade name of the manufacturer, if applicable.
  3. Phone: Select the country code from the dropdown, then enter the manufacturer’s contact number.
  4. Business Email: Enter the business email address associated with the manufacturer.
  5. Address: Enter the complete business or registered address of the manufacturer. 
Click to save the entered details and add the manufacturer.
