If you'd like a second address — an ops inbox, a teammate, or a separate support channel — to receive the same alerts, add it as an Alternate email id under Settings → Notifications → Email.
Add and verify an alternate email
- In the app, go to Settings → Notifications → Email.
- In the Alternate email id field, type the email address (e.g.,
ops@yourstore.com). - Click Add.
- The app sends a one-time OTP to that address. A verification modal opens in the app for you to enter the code.
- Open the inbox of the alternate email, copy the OTP, paste it into the modal, and submit.
- Once the OTP is accepted, the email is saved. The text field becomes inactive and the button changes to Edit.
Change or replace an alternate email
- On the same panel, click Edit beside the Alternate email id field.
- The field becomes editable. Type the new email.
- The button changes to Verify. Click Verify — a fresh OTP is sent to the new address.
- Enter the OTP in the modal to confirm. The new email replaces the old one.
Note
- Both your registered email and the Alternate email id receive the same alerts — there's no per-alert routing.
- The alternate email is shared across all Amazon accounts connected on this Shopify store. There's no per-account override.
- We follow a no-spam policy — only alerts you've turned on are sent.
