After the successful installation of the Order Delivery Date Extension in the Magento 2 store, the admin has to set up the configuration settings required to enable the add-on and allow the vendors to proceed with the further settings to enable the add-on features for the vendors and the customers.
To enable the extension features from Admin panel
- Go to the Admin panel.
- On the left navigation bar, click the STORES menu, and then click Configuration.
The Configuration page appears. - Go to CedCommerce DeliveryDate < Delivery Date Configuration
- Now on the right you will find the related configuration setting for the extension.
- Enable Delivery Date Module, set it to “YES” to avail the feature on your store.
- Enable Current Day On Calendar, set the field to “YES” to enable the calendar feature.
- Enable Delivery Date For Guest Users, set the field to “YES” to enable this extension features for guest users too.
- Display Delivery Date on, selected areas on Order / Invoice / Shipment.
- Choose Maximum Days to Display, <Enter the number of days> that you want to get displayed in calendar, so that customer can choose for delivery.
- 7 Day Delivery, Allow you to Enable or Disable 7 days Delivery Period.
- Select Working Delivery Days, Here the customer can select the Specific days that can be seen by customer for delivery.
- Select Timestamp, allows admin to add time slot that customer have on frontend, to select, for the time time of delivery.
