    Use Automatic Linking when you want a quicker and automated way to link Shein products to Shopify products by clicking “Import From Shein“. It is suitable when your products meet the conditions mentioned in the automatic linking case, such as matching SKUs and variant counts.

    Use Manual Linking when the automatic linking conditions are not met, and you need to link Shein and Shopify products manually. This is useful when the products have the same number of variants but may not meet the SKU matching criteria.

  3. Can I unlink or re-link products after the initial linking process?
    Yes, you can usually unlink or re-link Shein products to Shopify products as needed. This can be done manually.

  4. How does Automatic Linking work?
    In Automatic Linking, when a product is imported from Shein, we verify that the Seller SKU of the Shein product matches the SKU of the corresponding Shopify product. Additionally, each variant in the Shein product must have an equivalent variant in the Shopify product.

  5. Can you elaborate on the conditions for Automatic Linking?
    For Automatic Linking to occur, the following conditions must be met:
    Seller SKU of Shein product = SKU of Shopify product.
