Yes, you can connect two Etsy stores to the app, but not simultaneously. At any given time, the app supports only one connected Etsy store.

If your current Etsy shop gets suspended, you can connect a second store to the app.

To reconnect a new store:

1. Use the Reconnect Shop option in the app to switch to the correct Etsy store.

2. Go to the Settings section of the app by clicking View More from the left-hand menu.

3. In General Settings, scroll down to Reconnect Etsy Shop.

4. Check the box: “Your current Etsy shop has been suspended.”

5. After checking the box, a pop-up will appear asking:

   • a) Do you want to transfer your previous Shipping Template to the new store?

   • b) Do you want to transfer your previous Policy Template to the new store?

6. Select Yes for both questions (if applicable).

7. Click Reconnect Etsy in the top-right corner of this section to complete the process.
