Amazon refused the listing because your seller account isn't authorized to list products under the brand you provided.

How to fix it

1. In Seller Central, open the Add a Product page.
2. Search for one of your SKUs under this brand and follow the application instructions Amazon shows for getting brand authorization.
3. Provide any documentation Amazon asks for (brand authorization letter, invoices, etc.).
4. Once Amazon grants authorization, retry the upload from the app.
