Error 6039: Not authorized to sell in selected category

Amazon rejected the listing because your seller account isn't authorized to sell products under the chosen Product Group / category.

How to fix it

  1. In Seller Central, apply for approval to sell in the relevant category (typically under Inventory → Add a Product → Apply to Sell).
  2. Provide any documentation Amazon requests as part of the approval.
  3. Once Amazon grants approval, re-upload the product from the app.
