Error 8105: Items are missing some required attributes or values

Amazon rejected the listing because at least one attribute value doesn't meet Amazon's expected format, range, or content rules. Amazon validates every attribute against the product type's spec — any mismatch fails the upload.

Why it happens

  • Incorrect formats. Letters where numbers are expected (or vice versa).
  • Unsupported characters. Special symbols Amazon doesn't allow.
  • Out-of-range values. Numeric values beyond Amazon's accepted limits.
  • Missing mandatory fields. Required attributes are empty.
  • Typographical errors. Mistakes or inconsistencies in the values.
  • Non-compliant data. Values that don't meet category-specific criteria.

How to fix it

  1. Open the product's template in the app and review the flagged attributes.
  2. Correct the format or value to match Amazon's spec for the product type.
  3. Re-upload the product after saving the corrections.
