How to Perform Bulk Actions

You have the flexibility to execute multiple actions in bulk, such as uploading products or syncing their inventory and price. Simply select the desired product(s) and choose the relevant option from the Actions drop-down to apply it to the selected items. The following bulk actions are available in the product listing grid:

Products Validation

Utilizing this option, you can validate the products in your Magento 2 store to ensure they are prepared for uploading and listing on TikTok. The validation operation will check for any missing information that may result in listing rejection. To validate products, select the relevant product(s) by checking the boxes in the first column of the Product listing grid. Navigate to the Actions options, click on the drop-down, and choose the Validate option.
Upon selecting this option, you will be redirected to the TikTok Products Validation page, where you can monitor the progress of the validation operation.

Upload Products

This option will enable you to upload the products on TikTok. Select the product(s) you want to upload and click on 'Upload’ in the Actions dropdown. Upon selecting this option, you will be redirected to the TikTok Products Upload page, where you can monitor the progress of the product upload operation.

Change Product Status

This option allows you to modify the product status on TikTok directly from your Magento store. Choose the products for which you intend to change the status by selecting the corresponding boxes in the first column of the Products listing grid. Navigate to the Actions and click on the drop-down. Opt for the Change Status option and choose either Active or Inactive based on your preferences.

Inventory Price Sync

If the product inventory or price changes within your Magento store then utilize this option to sync the same on TikTok. Simply select the relevant product(s) and use the “Inventory Price Sync” button in the Actions dropdown to sync the updated inventory/price on TikTok as well. Upon selecting this option, you will be redirected to the TikTok Products Inventory Price Sync page, where you can monitor the progress of the syncing operation.

Sync Product Status 

This option allows you to synchronize the product status from TikTok and update it in your Magento store. To execute this action, select the relevant product(s) and choose the "Sync Product Status" option in the Actions dropdown. You will get a success notification on top of the grid once the action is completed.

Bulk Edit Products

The Bulk Product Edit feature in TikTok Shop Connector by CedCommerce allows WooCommerce sellers to update multiple product attributes at once — including shipping details, brand, compliance information, and certifications.

Steps to bulk edit products

Step 01 – Select the Products You Want to Edit in Bulk
01. Use the Filter option to narrow down your product list to a specific category or group before selecting products for bulk editing. 


Step 02 - Select 'Bulk Edit' from the dropdown in the bulk actions menu, and the following pop-up will appear: 


Step 3 – Enter the Updated Product Details
You will be taken to the Bulk Edit Grid page. Here you can update the following fields, which will be applied to all selected products:
  1. Title Rule Configuration: Use Title Rule Configuration to apply a common title format across all selected products by adding prefixes and suffixes around the existing product title.
  2. Package Dimensions: Update the package dimension values for the selected products.

  1. Brand: Select a Brand from the dropdown list. The list includes TikTok Shop L1 brands, Non-L1 brands, and any custom or approved brands configured in your store. Leave this field unchanged if you do not want to update the brand for the selected products.
  2. Product Compliance
    1. Manufacturer: Select a manufacturer from the list of options added in your TikTok Shop. Required for EU compliance.
    2. Responsible: Person Select a responsible person from the available list. Required for EU compliance.
    Tip: If the manufacturer or responsible person you need does not appear in the dropdown, go to Qualification Center in the app sidebar to add them, then return to the Bulk Edit Grid.
Step 4 - Confirm & Upload


  1. Your selected products now have the bulk edited attribute values. Click on Ok to close the confirmation pop up. 
  2. You can now upload these products to TikTok Shop by using the upload products option from the bulk actions dropdown.

Important Notes

  1. Only products assigned to a Category Template are eligible for Bulk Editing. Products without a template will be excluded from the Bulk Edit Grid.
  2. All fields in the Bulk Edit Grid are optional. Fill in only the fields you want to update — leaving a field blank will not overwrite existing data for that field.
  3. Special case: If you select the same products for Bulk edit again and save without updating any field, the connector resets those editable attributes to the default values defined in the assigned template. These default values are the original attribute values that were configured at the time of template creation, and they are reapplied automatically during the second bulk edit save.
  4. Clicking "Save" in the Save confirmation will also upload eligible products (those assigned to a category template but not yet live on TikTok Shop) — not just update existing ones. Review your selection carefully before confirming.
  5. Manufacturer and Responsible Person values are pulled from entries added in the Qualification Center. If these dropdowns appear empty, add the relevant entries in the Qualification Center before using the Bulk Edit Grid.
