To get started, install the app from the Shopify App Store. The CedCommerce Amazon Channel is a native Shopify Sales Channel App that helps you integrate your Amazon Seller Account with your Shopify store quickly and efficiently. Whether you're using a single-account or multi-account setup, the app ensures a smooth, error-free connection at all times.
However, before installation, ensure you meet the following requirements for a hassle-free setup.
When connecting your Amazon account through Shopify’s Amazon Sales Channel, do not log in with an Amazon Pay account. Amazon Pay is meant for customer transactions and cannot be used to link your seller account. Instead, ensure you log in with your Professional Amazon Seller Account.
Only Professional Seller Accounts can be connected to Shopify using the CedCommerce Amazon Channel App. Currently, the app does not support Individual Seller Accounts.

Once all prerequisites are met, you can proceed to connect your Shopify store to your Amazon Seller Central Account and start managing your listings, inventory, and orders effortlessly!
Navigate to Account Info under the Settings section.

If your account is Active, verify that it is fully set up by following these steps:

If you encounter an error, your account setup is incomplete. Complete the setup and ensure your account is Active before proceeding.
Avoid Using Multiple Amazon-Shopify Integration Apps
Using multiple Amazon integration apps simultaneously can cause conflicting product updates, incorrect inventory data, and outdated status information.
Before proceeding with CedCommerce Amazon Channel, it is recommended that you disconnect any other Amazon-Shopify integration apps installed in your store.
By following these steps, you can ensure a smooth, accurate, and efficient integration process.
If you already have products listed on Amazon, you can decide which product data should sync between your Shopify store and Amazon listings.
By default, synchronization is disabled to prevent any unintended changes to your existing Amazon listings.
Before starting, manually enable synchronization based on your requirements.
If you're using a new Amazon Seller Account, ensure that it is not under review by Amazon. If your account is still being reviewed, you may encounter an error message like:
🚨 Bad Response! 401 Unauthorized: AccessDenied – Access Denied
Additionally, you may not yet have the necessary permissions to upload products on Amazon. If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact the CedCommerce team for guided assistance.
If you face issues connecting your account, follow these steps to check for any restrictions:
Go to the Settings section in your Amazon Seller Central account.
Click on Account Info.
Navigate to User Permissions and select Third-Party Developer and Apps.
If everything is okay, a charge way sends a confirmation Screenshot of the CedCommerce App status and shares the token after generating it on Amazon
Ensure that you select the correct country when connecting with the CedCommerce Amazon Channel.
Following these steps will help you identify and resolve potential account restrictions before integrating with Shopify.
