Assign a MARS Repricer rule to your products

Assign a MARS Repricer rule to your products

What is MARS Repricer?

MARS Repricer lets you apply your Amazon Automated Pricing rules to your Amazon listings directly from the app. You fetch your rules from Amazon, assign one to the products you choose, and then sync it — so Amazon automatically reprices those products based on that rule.

The rules themselves are created in Amazon Seller Central. The app only fetches your existing rules and assigns them to products.

What is an Automated Pricing rule?

Automate Pricing is a rule-based tool in Amazon Seller Central (Professional selling plan). Instead of changing prices by hand every time the market moves, you set a rule that tells Amazon:

  • When to change your price — for example, when the Featured Offer (formerly the “Buy Box”) or a competitor’s price changes.
  • How to change it — set your price below, above, or equal to a reference price.
  • The minimum price you’re willing to accept (required).
  • The maximum price you’re willing to charge (optional).

Amazon then monitors the marketplace and automatically updates your price whenever the rule’s conditions are met. A rule applies only to the SKUs you assign to it — you choose which products it manages.

Fetch your pricing rules from Amazon

  1. Go to the Listings section and select one or more products.
  2. Click Select Actions › MARS Repricer.
  3. Choose Assign pricing rule.
  4. Click Fetch latest from Amazon to pull your current rules into the app.

Note: When you add or change a rule in Amazon, it can take about 30 minutes for Amazon to make it available. After that, click Fetch latest from Amazon again to see the update.

Assign a rule

  1. In the rule dropdown, select the rule you want to apply.
  2. Click Proceed.

The rule is now assigned to the selected products in the app. To send it to Amazon, sync it — see How to sync a MARS Repricer rule.

Unassign a rule

  1. Open Select Actions › MARS Repricer for the selected products.
  2. Choose Unassign pricing rule and click Proceed.

This removes the rule from the app only.
