The Manage Mapping section in UniCon helps you align your product attributes with the specific requirements of each connected channel. This ensures consistency in how your products appear across platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Shein (coming soon).
By mapping attributes correctly, you eliminate duplicate work, reduce listing errors, and maintain a unified product presence across all marketplaces.
1. Group
A Group is a collection of related channels under one marketplace. For example:
- Amazon is a group that can include channels like Amazon US, Amazon UK, and Amazon Ireland.
- You can connect and manage multiple accounts operating in different regions, all under the same group.
2. Channel
A Channel is the combined view of marketplaces sharing similar selling categories. For instance, TikTok Shop across various regions forms a single channel.
In this section, you can assign two types of attribute mappings:
- Global Attributes Mapping: For universal product details used across all categories.
- Category Attributes Mapping: For fields specific to selected product categories.
3. Channel Accounts
This area lists all connected seller accounts for each channel. For example, if you have two TikTok Shop stores, both will appear here for easy selection and management.
