Can the unpaid order on Etsy be created in Shopify?
No! If the order is unpaid, the application won't fetch that order and sync it to your Shopify automatically. The order needs to be open as well as paid to be created in Shopify. But you can fetch the order manually from the "Order" section of the App by clicking on the "Fetch" button.
