Know how to check the total count of products that are winning the Amazon Buy Box?
The Buy Box Performance card on the Dashboard shows how many of your live products currently hold the Amazon Buy Box and how many have lost it — quickly spotting the ones that need attention.
Open the card
Go to Dashboard and scroll to Buy Box Performance.
What you'll see
| Tile | What it means |
|---|
| Won Buy Box | Number of your products currently holding the Buy Box on Amazon. |
| Lost Buy Box | Number of products where another seller holds the Buy Box for the same listing. |
Click View Details to open the full breakdown — see which specific SKUs are winning vs losing the Buy Box, and identify the ones to reprice or optimise.
Note
Buy Box eligibility depends on multiple Amazon factors — pricing, fulfillment, seller performance, stock — so a "Lost Buy Box" count isn't necessarily a failure on the app's side. Use it as a signal to revisit pricing, stock, and shipping settings for those SKUs.
