Know how to check my current plan, billing date, and order usage on the Dashboard?

The Subscription card in the Dashboard sidebar shows your current plan, billing schedule, and order usage at a glance — including any postpaid / overlimit usage when you go beyond your plan's monthly orders.

Where to find it

Go to the Dashboard. The Subscription card sits in the right sidebar.

What you'll see

  • Plan name (e.g., Beginner Plan) and price (e.g., $19 / month).
  • Orders processed — your current month's count against the plan limit (e.g., 0 / 100).
  • Purchased on — the date you started this plan.
  • Next billing on — your next charge date.

Overlimit Order Usage Details

If you process more orders than your plan limit, the postpaid usage is shown here:

  • Capped Amount — the maximum extra you can be charged in a billing cycle.
  • Used Amount — the postpaid usage you've already accumulated this cycle.
  • Remaining Amount — how much postpaid headroom is left.
  • Cost per order — the per-order rate for overlimit usage (e.g., $0.25 per order).
  • Available Sync Capacity — number of overlimit orders still available for syncing this cycle.

Today's Usage

  • Order Count — orders processed so far today.
  • Deductible Amount — the postpaid charge accrued today.

Manage your plan

  • Click Change Plan to switch to a different tier.
  • Click View all Plans to compare every available plan side-by-side.
