The Configuration section allows you to control how products sync between your PrestaShop store and Miravia. These settings act as global rules and apply to all products unless specifically overridden.
Set how your product titles appear on Miravia. You can create a combination rule using Brand, Product Type, or other values.
Note: If left blank, the default PrestaShop title will be used.
Control how product updates and creation behave automatically:
Product Auto Update
Automatically sync product updates from PrestaShop to Miravia in real time.
Product Auto Upload Variations
Automatically upload any new variant when added to a product already listed on Miravia.
Product Auto Upload If Type Changed
If a simple product listed on Miravia is changed to a variant product in the app, this setting will delete the previous simple listing and upload the new variant product.
Product Auto Create
Automatically upload newly added PrestaShop products to Miravia.
Product Auto Delete
Automatically delete the product from Miravia when deleted from PrestaShop.
Threshold Inventory
Set a stock limit below which the product is marked as Sold Out on Miravia to avoid overselling.
Currency Conversion
Automatically convert product pricing from your PrestaShop currency to Miravia-supported currency.
Select Custom DNI Value
Choose to populate DNI using the Buyer ID, Order ID, or a Custom Value.
If disabled, ensure the DNI field is also disabled in PrestaShop settings.
PrestaShop Order Create Status
Select the default order status to assign when a new order is created from Miravia.
Customer Email in Order
Choose whether to send the customer’s actual email. If disabled, a placeholder (e.g. buyerid@miravia.es) will be used, or you can enter a custom email.
Remove Miravia Discount from Orders
Enable this if you don’t want Miravia platform discounts reflected in the PrestaShop order.
Sync Order
Enable automatic syncing of orders from Miravia into PrestaShop.
Remove Shipping Cost
If enabled, shipping charges will not be included in the order synced to PrestaShop.
Enter Payment Method
Choose a payment method label to assign to orders created in PrestaShop.
Sync Settings
Choose the data fields you want to sync from the app to Miravia—such as Title, Price, Description, Image, and Weight.
If disabled, PrestaShop data will be synced instead of app-edited values.
Attribute Sync Settings
Choose which product attributes (e.g., stock, description, category, and attribute values) should sync during updates.
Unchecking a field means it won’t be sent to Miravia.
Once all preferences are configured, click Save to apply your settings.
The Custom Price Rule feature in the PrestaShop Miravia Connector allows sellers to adjust product prices differently for each Miravia-supported country: Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
How It Works:
Select Individual Regions or “Same Price” Option
You can define pricing rules per region, or apply one unified price using the "Same Price (All Countries)" option.
Choose a Pricing Rule per Country
For each selected region (ES, PT, IT), choose how you want to adjust the price:
Custom Price Options:
None: No change from the base price set in your PrestaShop store.
Fixed Increment/Decrement: Add or subtract a fixed value (e.g., +$5).
Percentage Increment/Decrement: Increase or reduce price by a percentage (e.g., -10%).
Multiply: Increase the price by 2X or as required.
Disable Sale Price (Optional)
If you’ve set a Sale Price in your PrestaShop store but prefer to list only the Actual Price on Miravia, choose “Disable Sale Price” to Yes. Contrarily, if you want to set the same sale price, choose No. This is helpful when you don’t want Miravia to reflect promotional or discounted pricing from your PrestaShop store.
Important Behavior: If you're applying a custom price rule in one country (e.g., Spain), and want the base/default price to apply in another (e.g., Italy), you must:
Select that region (Italy)
Explicitly set Custom Price Rule = None
This prevents unintended pricing from being applied and ensures Miravia uses your default price in regions without a custom rule.
Let’s say:
You want to increase product prices by 10% in Spain
While using the default store pricing in Italy
And disable sale pricing in Portugal
Your setup would be:
Spain: % Increment → 10
Italy: None (custom rule disabled)
Portugal: None + Disable Sale Price → Yes
