The dashboard of the eBay integration for Shopify is solely intended to help sellers have complete insight into the active eBay accounts' orders, products, and order credits, plan details, analytics, activities, and more. See what each section of the dashboard means:

If you don’t have an active eBay account, you’ll see the warning sign below the user greeting with a message prompting you to set up your eBay account to successfully sync products and orders.
Required actions
The Required action(s) banner appears when your app setup needs attention. It may show setup issues such as incomplete account configuration, disabled product management, or settings that must be reviewed before product and order sync can work correctly.
Review the message and complete the required action from the related app section.
Product summary
The product summary card shows the total number of Shopify products available in the app for the selected eBay account. Use the account selector to view product data for a specific connected eBay account.
The product statuses include:
- Uploaded: Products successfully listed on eBay
- Not uploaded: Products available in the app but not yet listed on eBay
- Uploaded with error: Products uploaded to eBay but returned with listing issues
- Error: Products that could not be uploaded because of missing or incorrect details
- Ended: Products that were ended on eBay
Select Manage products to open the product section and review or update your product listings. Disabled products are not included in the product count.
Order summary
The order summary card shows the total number of eBay orders managed through the app for the selected eBay account. Use this section to review order movement between eBay and Shopify.
The order statuses include:
- Fulfilled: Orders completed successfully
- Unfulfilled: Orders imported but not yet fulfilled
- Cancelled: Orders cancelled on eBay or Shopify
- Failed: Orders that could not be imported or processed correctly
Select Manage orders to open the order section and review order details.
Lifetime revenue
The Lifetime revenue section shows the total revenue generated from eBay orders managed through the app. Use the date filter to view revenue for a selected period, such as the last 6 weeks. The chart displays revenue trends for the connected eBay accounts.
This section helps you track account-wise and overall eBay revenue from orders synced through the app.
Recent activities
The Recent activities section shows the latest actions completed in the app. This may include plan activation, template updates, product actions, account changes, or other important app events. Each activity includes a timestamp so you can track when the action occurred.
Select View all activities to open the full activity log.
Frequently asked questions
The Frequently Asked Questions section gives quick access to common help topics related to the app. If no FAQs are available, the section shows an empty state.
Select View all FAQs to open the complete FAQ list when available.
Subscription
The Subscription card shows your current app plan and usage limits. You can view:
- Active plan name
- Plan status
- Next billing date
- Monthly plan price
- Product limit usage
- Order limit usage
Select View plan details to review your subscription and available plan information.
Select Guide to access setup and help documentation from the dashboard. Use this when you need instructions for app setup, product management, order management, settings, or troubleshooting.
Select Refresh to update dashboard data. Use this after making changes to products, orders, settings, or account configuration.
Other Dashboard Actions
Need help
Select Need help to contact CedCommerce support from the app.
Use this option when you need help with setup, account connection, product upload, order sync, subscription, or any issue that requires support assistance.
Switch to old app
Select Switch to old app to move back to the earlier version of the CedCommerce eBay Integration.
This option is available for existing users who were using the previous, non-Built for Shopify version of the app.
Language dropdown
Use the Language dropdown to change the app language. Available languages include:
- English
- French
- Italian
- German
After you select a language, the app interface updates to show supported content in the selected language.
Notifications
Select the notification bell to view app alerts and updates.
Use this section to check important notifications related to setup, account status, product activity, order activity, or app updates.
