The Dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of your TikTok Shop Connector account. From here, you can monitor store performance, track product and order status, view recent app activities, and identify setup tasks that still need attention.
This page is useful when you want to:
- Check whether your products have been uploaded to TikTok Shop
- Review order progress
- Spot pending setup actions
- Monitor account activity
- Access quick actions like syncing product status or bulk uploading items
What you can see on this page
The Dashboard is divided into multiple sections:
- Store performance overview
- Attention Required
- Recent Activities
- Total Products
- Total Orders
- FAQ section
- Plan status
At the top of the Dashboard, you will see a welcome message along with a sales summary card. This allows you to monitor:
- Your store name
- Total sales
- Sales trend graph
- Selected date range
This section helps you understand how your TikTok Shop sales are performing over a selected time period. It is especially useful for checking whether product uploads and order flow are translating into actual revenue.
2. Attention Required
This section highlights important tasks that need action from your side. For example:
This is one of the most important sections on the Dashboard. If something is blocking product syncing, order syncing, or fulfillment, the app usually highlights it here.
What to do
Click Complete Setup and finish the pending setup step. Considering the above example, you should make sure that:
- Your store carriers are properly configured
- Each store carrier is mapped to the correct TikTok Shop carrier
- The mapping is saved successfully
3. Recent Activities
All the ongoing activities like product imports from Shopify, product uploads to TikTok Shop, automatic inventory updates, and completed activities are visible under this section. You can keep an eye on the activities from here and take timely actions as and when required.
4. Total Products
This card gives you a complete overview of the product status inside the connector. It also includes product status counters such as:
- Live
- Failed
- Not Uploaded
- In Progress
- Inactive
- Reviewing
Including action buttons:
- Sync TikTok Status
- Bulk Upload
Product Status:
- Live: These products are listed on TikTok Shop and are all set for the customers to buy them.
- Failed: Products under this category are not uploaded on the TikTok Shop due to some error.
- Not Uploaded: Total number of products that are imported to the app from the Shopify store but are not yet uploaded on TikTok Shop.
- Inactive: These are the products that have been deactivated either from the app or from TikTok Shop by you. For instance, some seasonal products that you do not want the buyers to see on TikTok Shop for some time can be made ‘inactive.’
- In progress: Products under this category are in the process of getting uploaded on the TikTok Shop.
- Reviewing: Products shared with TikTok Shop will go live once they are reviewed and approved by the TikTok team are visible under this section.
- Sync TikTok Status: This option updates the latest product statuses from TikTok Shop into the connector.
- Bulk Upload: This button lets you upload multiple products to TikTok Shop in one go.
5. Total Orders
This section shows the order summary synced from TikTok Shop. Order statuses visible include:
- Awaiting Shipment: As soon as an order is created on TikTok Shop, it is marked as “Awaiting Shipment.”
- Awaiting Collection: When a seller fulfills the package using “shipped by seller” as the shipping method, the order status reflects “Awaiting Collection” before the order is packed and shipped.
- Completed: Once an order is delivered successfully and no return or refund request is raised by the buyer, the status will auto-update to Completed.
- Cancelled: The order placed by a buyer can be cancelled by you or the buyer via the app by providing a proper reason. The status of the same will be updated on TikTok Shop.
- Failed: Orders that have failed to be delivered, due to one or more reasons, will reflect in this section.
- Delivered: Orders that have been successfully delivered to the customers but are in the 14-day window of being completed, fall under this section. Customer can raise a return or refund request for these orders.
6. Pricing Info
You can review your plan details in this section. Herein, you will get the plan amount, monthly billing date, and products & orders remaining in the plan, along with the option to upgrade your plan, whenever required.
Apart from the above actions and status counters, you can also switch to the old UI of the app by clicking Switch to Old App button, available on the top of the page.
