Etsy Failed Orders
To manage Failed Orders
- Go to the Prestashop admin panel.
- In the left navigation panel, place the cursor on Etsy Integration and the section expands as:
- Click on Failed Orders
The tab appears as shown in the figure:
- In the section, you can see all failed orders. Suppose if any issues occur while order import so it will get imported with error reason.
