Failed Order

All the BigCommerce store owner can view the list of failed Newegg orders on the Newegg Order Import Errors page.

In the following conditions, Orders are not imported from Newegg:
  • If any product in the Newegg Order is Out of Stock in the BigCommerce store.
  • If any product in the Newegg Order is disabled in the BigCommerce store.
  • If any Product does not exist in the BigCommerce store or is deleted from the store after uploading to Newegg.
  • If the selected Payment Method in Newegg System Configuration Setting is not available in the BigCommerce store.
Admin can view the current failed order details on the Newegg Order Import Errors page.

To view the Newegg  failed orders
  1. Go to the Newegg Marketplace Integration App.
  2. On the top navigation bar, click the Order menu. The menu appears as shown in the following figure:

  3. Click Failed Order. The Newegg Order Import Errors page appears as shown in the following figure:

    All the failed orders are listed on this page.
