The BigCommerce store owner can view the list of failed Walmart CA orders on the Walmart Orders Import Error page.
In the following conditions, Orders are not imported from Walmart:
- If any product in the Walmart Order is Out of Stock in the BigCommerce store.
- If any product in the Walmart Order is disabled in the BigCommerce store.
- If any Product does not exist in the BigCommerce store or is deleted from the store after uploading to Walmart CA.
- If the selected Payment Method in Walmart System Configuration Setting is not available in the BigCommerce store.
Admin can perform the following tasks on the Walmart Order Import Errors page:
- View the current failed order details
- Cancel Order on Walmart.ca
To view the Walmart failed orders
- Go to the Walmart Marketplace Integration App.
- On the top navigation bar, click the Order menu.
- The menu appears as shown in the following figure:
- Click Failed Order.
- The Walmart Order Import Errors page appears as shown in the following figure:
