You can view the list of failed Walmart orders on the Walmart – Failed Order page.
The following may be the reasons for the Order not importing into the app:
- When you receive an Order for an out-of-stock product.
- If the Ordered SKU doesn’t exist on your Shopify store.
The failed order grid includes the following:
- Purchase Order ID: This field displays the unique identifier assigned to the purchase order by Walmart. It is a reference for tracking and managing the orders in Walmart’s system.
- Reason: The reason for the failure behind the order creation is available in this section to help you resolve the situation and create a successful order for the SKU going forward.
- Order Status: The current status of the order on Walmart
- Created At: This field shows the exact date and time the order was created in Walmart’s system. It helps in tracking the order's lifecycle and understanding when it was placed by the customer.
- Action: You can view and cancel the order from this quick action dropdown menu.
