Apply SHEIN as the filter channel on the Shopify store to check and identify the successful SHEIN orders on Shopify.
Failed orders typically fall into these four main categories:
What It Means: The product's SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) on Shopify does not match the one submitted to SHEIN.
Impact: The system cannot identify and match the product, preventing fulfillment.
How to Fix: Recheck the SKUs on both platforms. Either update the Shopify SKU or re-import products into the app using the correct identifiers.
What It Means: There’s insufficient inventory in your Shopify store to fulfill the order.
Impact: The order may be delayed or canceled, resulting in a bad customer experience.
How to Fix: Update the correct stock quantities in Shopify and sync them with SHEIN to avoid this issue.
What It Means: You used a shipping method that SHEIN doesn’t support.
Impact: Orders using unsupported shipping options will not be processed, and SHEIN may auto-refund them.
How to Fix: Use only SHEIN-supported carriers. Check approved carriers here.
What It Means: You've exhausted your current plan’s order credit.
Impact: The app will pause order syncing to Shopify.
How to Fix: Upgrade your plan or wait until your billing cycle resumes to resume syncing. Meanwhile, you can still view these paused orders within the app under the Order Syncing Failed tab.
Click on the 'View Orders' button in the error message strip. In case you don't have any failed orders due to credit limit exhaustion, you'll not see the 'View Orders' button.
