1 How can I find the product status after hitting the call of bulk upload?

You will find a column inside the product menu with the name of ‘Facebook Shopping Status' here you will be able to find the status of your products upload call. It can be under the following 3 status-  submitted, error or uploaded.

2 How to find the errors corresponding to each and every product in detail?/

Inside the products menu in the column of ‘Facebook Shopping Status' you will be able to find the status of each and every individual product. Simply click on the error button, a popup will appear over there with all the details of product errors and warnings.

3. Are there any schedulers available to automate the products and orders?

Yes, we provide schedulers to automate your products and orders but for order syncing your store location must be USA. 

4 Can I create orders with the help of your plugin?

Yes, you can create orders with our plugin only if your store location is set for the USA region.

5. Do you have any option to reset the plugin?

Yes, we do provide the reset settings option under the Dashboard section of the plugin to help you reconfigure the plugin as per your preferences.
