Follow Up Email Template

Email templates enable the admin to create reusable content for the subject line and the message body of email notifications. Templates consist of uniform information on specific system activities and improve the efficiency of creating multiple email notifications for similar actions. If required, the admin can make minor changes to an email that uses the template by overriding the subject line and message body content in the notification form.
Admin can perform the following tasks:
  • Add a New Email Template
  • Edit the Existing Email Template
  • Delete the Email Template
  • Delete the Selected Email Templates With Bulk Action
