Free Plan Limitations & Upcoming Changes (Effective 1 April 2026)
Overview
To maintain optimal platform performance and ensure fair usage across all users, certain feature limitations apply to accounts on the Free Plan.
Starting 1 April 2026, these limits will be automatically enforced.
If your account currently exceeds any of these limits, a notification banner will be displayed within the app in advance to help you take necessary action.

3. Features Not Available on Free Plan
The following advanced features are restricted to paid plans and are not accessible under the Free Plan:
Product Management Features
Manual Sync Status - Import Amazon products and automatically link them based on matching rules
Manual Fetch Product Type - Fetch and update product types from Shopify for existing SKUs
Multiple Warehouse Mapping - Configure and manage inventory across multiple warehouses
Shopify 2048 Variant Support - Support for high-variant products (available only for Premium/Enterprise plans)
Shopify Bulk Product Import/Export via CSV
Bulk Amazon Actions (50+ Products)
Perform bulk operations such as:
Amazon Lookup
Product Sync
Upload Products
Update Products
4. Order Settings Not Available
The following order-related configurations are not supported on the Free Plan:

Do the plans apply to all my connected accounts?
Yes. Both free and paid plans cover all accounts connected within the app globally. So, One plan covers all your connected accounts globally.
