Why am I seeing the "Invalid receipt ID" or "Invalid Etsy order number" error?

This error occurs when the wrong Etsy shop is connected to the app.

How to resolve this issue:

  1. Ensure you are connected to the correct Etsy shop.

  2. To reconnect your shop, you can:

    • Use the Reconnect Shop option in the app to switch to the correct store.
    • Contact our support team for assistance in reconnecting your shop.
