  You can't draft your listing once it is live on Etsy. If you want that your product doesn't show on Etsy, you can simply inactivate the product on Etsy or from the App's "All Product section". Select the products choose the "Inactivate" listing ...

• Getting error: Cannot deactivate a listing in this state: state = draft

  You cannot deactivate the listing that is not published on Etsy, and has the status "draft". Draft means the listing is not present on Etsy and not available for sale. You can only deactivate "Active" listings from the Etsy.
