You cannot deactivate the listing that is not published on Etsy, and has the status "draft". Draft means the listing is not present on Etsy and not available for sale. You can only deactivate "Active" listings from the Etsy.

We are getting the Server Error from Etsy while activating the sold-out listings from the App and we are in discussion with the Etsy team regarding the error. For now please Activate the listings directly from Etsy.
You can only renew those listings which are present in the "Edit" and "Sold out" states. Draft listings cannot be renewed, you need to "Publish" them from the App by choosing "Publish on Etsy" option from the "All product" section of the App.
