This error occurs because the product in question has been deleted from Shopify but is still present in the app. Without the product being available on Shopify, the app cannot create the order in Shopify.
Steps to resolve the issue:
Delete the product from the app:
Remove the product from the app where the order originated.
Recreate the product in Shopify:
Add the product back to your Shopify store with the same product title and SKU as listed on Etsy.
Sync the product and create the order:
Case 1: Auto-import setting is enabled
The product will automatically be imported into the app.
Case 2: Auto-import setting is disabled
You need to manually import the product into the app.
To create the order on Shopify:
a. Go to the Order section of the app.
b. Select the order and choose "Create order on Shopify" from the bulk actions dropdown.
c. Click on the Action button to finalize the process.
