Adjust prices when your Shopify and Amazon currencies differ (Global Price Adjustment)
If your Shopify store and Amazon marketplace use different currencies (e.g., Shopify in USD, Amazon.in in INR), the Global Price Adjustment sub-tab acts as a global currency converter — it multiplies your Shopify price by a value you set so the synced Amazon price is in the right currency.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Product Settings → Global Price Adjustments.
- The Shopify Store Currency field shows your Shopify store's native currency (read-only).
- In Amazon Price Multiplier, enter the conversion factor — for example, if 1 USD ≈ 83 INR, enter
83. The app multiplies every Shopify price by this value before pushing it to Amazon. - Save.
Example
- Shopify Store Currency: USD
- Amazon Price Multiplier: 83
- A product priced at $10 on Shopify is uploaded to Amazon at ₹830.
Note
- The Global Price Adjustments sub-tab is shown only when your Shopify currency and Amazon marketplace currency differ. If both are the same, this tab won't appear.
- The footer Last updated timestamp shows when the multiplier was last saved.
- This adjustment runs before Pricing Trend / Rounding Off rules from the Price sub-tab — the converted price is what those rules then operate on.
