How can I view all my Failed Orders?
Here you can see all failed order
- Go to the Prestashop Admin panel.
- In the left navigation panel, place cursor on eBay Integration menu. The menu appears as shown in the following figure:
- Click on the eBay Failed Orders, once you click the option, following screen appears:
- In the ID, you can see your PrestaShop order ID
- In the SKU, you can see the Unique Id of the item with failed order
- In the eBay Order ID, you can see the order ID fetched from eBay
- In the Reason, you can see the reason for the order to be canceled
