• Can I cancel my plan at any time?

  You can uninstall our app and your plan will be automatically canceled. In this case no refund will be given.

• Can I manually add the tracked carrier in the app for my orders?

  You can select/change the tracking company in the offer template in our app.

• I want to manage orders from my Shopify store. How can I do that?

  You need to click on Settings and then Order Management. Then deactivate “Manage orders from the app”. Then you can manage orders from your Shopify store.

• Does your app support custom pricing?

  Yes, you can set custom pricing from the app settings section.

• I can't see all orders. What should I do?

  In the Orders section of the page, click the Get Order button to view all the orders you have created in the marketplace
