Order cap refers to the maximum number of Etsy orders you can sync to Shopify each month. Here's how it works across the current plans:

Beginner Plan ($9/month)

• Order syncing is not included.
  You’ll need to manually manage orders placed on Etsy.
  
  

Beginner Plus ($29/month)

• Includes syncing for up to 100 Etsy orders per month
  
  

• Once you hit this cap, order syncing will pause until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.
  
  

Growth Plan ($59/month)

• Supports up to 500 Etsy orders per month
  
  

• If you exceed the cap, you have two choices:
  
  

1. Upgrade to Growth Plus for 1,000 orders
   
   

2. Purchase an Order Add-On to increase your limit for the month (available on Growth and above)
   
   

Growth Plus Plan ($99/month)

• Allows syncing of up to 1,000 Etsy orders per month
  
  

• Also supports Order Add-Ons if you temporarily go beyond this limit
  
  

Note: These caps apply to orders synced from Etsy to Shopify.

This setup gives you control over how you manage sync volumes, with flexibility to scale without committing to a full plan upgrade every time your order count spikes.
