How does the order cap work in the Dynamic Plans?

How does the order cap work in the Dynamic Plans?

The order cap in Dynamic Plans represents the maximum number of orders you can process per month within your selected plan. Each plan tier accommodates different order volumes, such as 100, 200, 400, 1000, 2000, or 5000 orders per month. This cap includes all orders synced through the app, whether importing from Etsy to Shopify, exporting from Shopify to Etsy, or syncing orders between the platforms.

For instance, if you’re on the "1000 Plan," you can sync up to 1000 orders in a month, regardless of the order source (Shopify or Etsy).

Once you reach the limit, the app will stop syncing additional orders until the next billing cycle begins or you increase your order limit.

To accommodate businesses with fluctuating order volumes, there are two options:

1. Order Add-Ons: If you’re on the Dynamic Plan, you can purchase order add-ons from the pricing page to increase your order limit for the current month without upgrading your entire plan.

2. Plan Upgrade: For consistent increases in volume, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan that supports a larger number of orders.
