How to enable "custom order" requests on Etsy?
If you're ready to customize orders when buyers place them, you can enable the Custom Order Request option for your listings. Follow these steps in your Etsy Shop Manager:
- Go to etsy.com and open your Shop Manager.
- Click on the Settings icon.
- Navigate to the Options section under Settings.
- Enable the Custom Order Requests option by selecting Enabled.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Once enabled, a Request Custom Order button will appear on your shop and listings, allowing buyers to submit custom requests easily.
