How to manage orders

It is an important section of the app to help you easily manage orders. Its user-friendly interface ensures you can track and organize orders even if the order quantity is in thousands.



Here you will find orders categorized as Awaiting Shipment, Awaiting Collection, In Transit, Delivered, Completed, and Canceled. Hence, it will help identify which orders immediate attention.

As a result, corrective action can be taken on time resulting in minimum future order cancellations.

Moreover, you will be able to view all order-related details. These are as follows.
  • TTS order ID - Order Id on the TikTok Shop
  • WooCommerce Order ID - Order Id on the WooCommerce store
  • Customer Name - Name of customer who placed the order
  • Created At - The date of order creation.
  • Price - The price paid for the order.
  • Order Status - It reveals if the order shipped successfully or failed. It will also specify the reason for order failure.
