How to Map Products

Step 1: Select Products 

  1. Use the checkbox beside each product.
  2. You can select:
    1. Individual products
    2. Multiple products
    3. All products at once

Step 2: Use Actions → Map SKU 

  1. Match each TikTok SKU with the correct Magento SKU.
  2. Save the mapping. 

Step 3: Click Assign Products 

This activates syncing for all mapped products. After this step: 
  1. Inventory sync starts
  2. Price sync begins
  3. Order linking becomes active 

Bulk Mapping Using CSV Import 

Use this if you have hundreds or thousands of SKUs.

Step 1: Download Sample CSV 

From the Import dropdown, download the mapping template. 

Step 2: Add SKU Data 

Fill in: 
  1. TikTok Marketplace SKU
  2. Magento SKU 

Step 3: Upload CSV Using Import Button 

The system will auto-map all SKUs in bulk.

Step 4: Click Assign Products 

Finalizes all imported mappings and starts syncing.

Filters and View Controls 

Filters 

Use filters to quickly find:
  1. Unlinked products
  2. In-progress mappings
  3. Fully linked products
  4. Specific SKUs or product names 
This is extremely useful for:
  1. Auditing migration
  2. Debugging missing sync
  3. Batch error resolution 

Columns 

Customize visible fields based on your workflow. 

Export 

Download the full product linking report for: 
  1. Internal auditing
  2. ERP reconciliation
  3. Support debugging

Sync Dependency After Linking 

Only Linked products can:
  1. Appear in TikTok Products
  2. Sync inventory & price
  3. Receive TikTok orders
  4. Update TikTok listing status 
If a product is Not Linked:
  1. Inventory won’t update on TikTok
  2. Orders may fail to import
  3. Price changes won’t reflect 

Common Issues & Solutions

  1. “No Active/Valid Accounts Found”
    1. Solution: Reconnect the TikTok account from Configuration.
  2. Products Stuck in “In Progress”
    1. Solution: Mapping saved, but Assign Products was not clicked.
  3. Orders Not Syncing
    1. Solution: Product is not marked as Linked.
  4. Inventory Not Updating
    1. Solution: Product mapping exists, but sync is not activated via assignment. 

Best Practices 

  1. Always Initiate Import after new TikTok products are added
  2. Use CSV Import for large catalogs
  3. Always click Assign Products after mapping
  4. Regularly monitor Not Linked products
  5. Export product mapping periodically for backups
