How to Perform Bulk Actions

You can upload products and perform actions in bulk with the app

1. Upload Products: 

  1. Select the desired products and click on “Upload Products.”
  2. A pop-up confirming the warehouse will appear. 
  3. Click on “Upload,” and your products will be uploaded successfully on TikTok Shop.

2. Sync Price:

You can sync the product prices across both platforms using this option.

3. Sync Inventory:

With the sync inventory feature, you can sync product stock levels across Shopify and TikTok Shop.

4. Activate Product:

Using this feature, you can activate the previously deactivated products on TikTok Shop. For instance, if you have deactivated a seasonal product listed on the TikTok Shop, you can make it live again on the shop by clicking on “Activate Product.”

5. Deactivate Product:

If a product is uploaded and listed on TikTok Shop, and you wish to delist it for some time, you can deactivate it from this option.

6. Delete Product: 

You can use this feature to delete products from the TikTok Shop.


Notes

Deleted products are not permanently removed from the shop; you can recover them whenever you want. 


Filter Product: 

If you are looking for a particular product(s), you can search for it by simply clicking on the Filter icon. You can also apply a filter based on SKU, profile, and product type.

Bulk Product Edit

Overview

The Bulk Product Edit feature in TikTok Shop Connector by CedCommerce allows Shopify sellers to update multiple product attributes at once — including shipping details, brand, compliance information, and certifications.

Prerequisites

• Products must be assigned to a Category Template
• Manufacturer & Responsible Person added in Qualification Center
• Brands available in dropdown.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1 – Go to Manage Listings > Products

Log in to your CedCommerce TikTok Shop app from your Shopify admin.

Step 1 – Go to Manage Listings > Products
Navigate to Manage Listings → Products in the CedCommerce app.
2. In the left-hand navigation menu, click on Manage Listings.
3. Select Products from the submenu.
You will see a list of all products imported from your Shopify store.
Idea
Tip: Use the Filter option or the Category Template filter tag to narrow down your product list to a specific category or group before selecting products for bulk editing

Step 2 – Select the Products You Want to Edit
1. On the Products listing page, select the products you wish to edit by checking the
checkbox next to each product.
  1. To select all products on the current page, check the top-left checkbox in the table header.
  2. To select all products matching your current filter, click "Select All [X] Products" that appears above the product table after your page selection.
2. Once your products are selected, click the Bulk Action dropdown button (top-right of the product table).
3. From the dropdown menu, select Bulk Editor.

Step 3 – Enter the Updated Product Details
You will be taken to the Bulk Edit Grid page. Here you can update the following fields, which will be applied to all selected products:

Brand
  1. Select a Brand from the dropdown list.
  2. The list includes TikTok Shop L1 brands, Non-L1 brands, and any custom or approved brands configured in your store.
  3. Leave this field unchanged if you do not want to update the brand for the selected products.
Product Compliance
  1. Manufacturer: Select a manufacturer from the list of options added in your TikTok Shop. Required for EU compliance.
  2. Responsible: Person Select a responsible person from the available list. Required for EU compliance.
Idea
Tip: If the manufacturer or responsible person you need does not appear in the dropdown, go to Qualification Center in the app sidebar to add them, then return to the Bulk Edit Grid.

Product Certification
  1. Upload certification documents (JPEG, PNG, JPG, or PDF format) for the selected products.
  2. Multiple certificate slots are available if your products require more than one certification document.


Step 4 – Save & Upload
Once you have entered all the details you wish to update:
1. Click the Save button in the top-right corner of the Bulk Edit Grid page.
2. A confirmation dialog will appear with the message: "Do you want to upload the products?"
3. Choose one of the following options:
  1. Option A — Click Yes ✅
    1. The updated product details will be saved in the CedCommerce database.
    2. The changes will also be immediately synced to your TikTok Shop.
    3. If any of the selected products are assigned to a category template but not yet uploaded to TikTok Shop, clicking Yes will also trigger their upload to TikTok Shop.
  2. Option B — Click No ❌
    1. The updated product details will be saved in the CedCommerce database only.
    2. The changes will not be pushed to TikTok Shop immediately.
    3. You can manually upload or sync the products to TikTok Shop at any time from Manage Listings > Products. (See: Instructions to upload selected products on TikTok Shop)

Important Notes
1. Only products assigned to a Category Template are eligible for Bulk Editing. Products without a template will be excluded from the Bulk Edit Grid.
2. All fields in the Bulk Edit Grid are optional. Fill in only the fields you want to update — leaving a field blank will not overwrite existing data for that field.
3. Clicking "Yes" in the Save confirmation will also upload eligible products (those assigned to a category template but not yet live on TikTok Shop) — not just update existing ones. Review your selection carefully before confirming.
4. Manufacturer and Responsible Person values are pulled from entries added in the Qualification Center. If these dropdowns appear empty, add the relevant entries in the Qualification Center before using the Bulk Edit Grid.
