How to Perform Bulk Actions on Orders
The Orders page lets you act on several orders at once instead of handling them one at a time, which is the fastest way to process a batch of orders that need the same treatment. The controls appear after you select orders, so selecting is always the first step.
Selecting orders
You select orders using the checkboxes down the left side of the list. Once you've selected at least one order, a selection bar appears showing how many are chosen, along with the Bulk Action dropdown on the right. The filter row above the list (Status, Account, Shopify Order Name, Shopify Order ID, Imported At, Date Created At) helps you narrow to the orders you want before selecting them.

The Bulk Action dropdown holds four operations that run across your selected orders:
- Retry Failed Order(s) attempts to create your failed orders on Shopify again. Choosing it opens a Confirm Action dialogue that asks you to confirm and shows how many of your selected orders are actually eligible.
- Sync Shipment pushes shipment status and tracking details to eBay for the selected orders. Use it to update eBay with fulfillment information in bulk.
- Sync Cancellation sends cancellation information to eBay for the selected orders, so an order cancelled on your side is reflected on eBay with the correct reason.
- Delete Shopify Order removes the Shopify orders created for the selected eBay orders.
