How to View/Edit Product Details

After a product is imported from your PrestaShop store, you can make changes to it before uploading it to Miravia. Editing product data here allows you to localize information, modify pricing, optimize titles, and control syncing behavior specific to the Miravia marketplace.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Locate the Product
   
   

• Go to the Product section of the Miravia Connector.
  
  

• Use the search bar to find the desired product by name or SKU.
  
  

2. Click Edit
   
   

• Click on the Edit icon beside the product you want to update.
  
  

• You’ll be redirected to the product editing page.
  
  

3. Edit Product Info
   
   

• Title & Description: Update your product name and description as needed. This allows you to customize listings for Miravia while keeping your PrestaShop data unchanged.
  
  

• Weight (kg): Enter or update the product weight accurately. This is important for calculating shipping fees and fulfilling logistics rules.
  
  

• Images: You can reorder or remove product images. Only the first image is displayed on the Miravia listing, so ensure it represents your product well.
  
  

Note: Use the “Change Order” button under the image to set the primary display image.

4. Review Sync Settings
   
   

• Under the Sync Settings box:
  
  

• Choose whether to use Global Settings or customize sync fields for this specific product. Decide if this product should follow the default sync rules set at the global level, or if you want to override them and manually choose which specific fields—like title, price, or image—should sync to Miravia.
  
  

• If unchecked, you can selectively sync Title, Price, Image, Description, or Weight.
  
  

• This controls what data will be pushed from the app to Miravia. If unchecked, the system defaults to syncing from your PrestaShop backend.
  
  

5. Manage Attribute Sync
   
   

• Under Attribute Sync Settings:
  
  

• Enable or disable attribute syncing for Title, Image, Price, Stock, Description, and Category & Attributes.
  
  

• These fields are essential if you're mapping attributes manually or using profiles with advanced rules.
  
  

6. Set Region-Based Pricing
   
   

• Scroll down to the Set Price per Country section.
  
  

• Define individual Regular Price and Sale Price for Spain, Portugal, Italy, or use a General Price (All Countries).
  
  If no region is selected, the General Price will apply to all Miravia regions by default.
  Tip: Use this section to run country-specific promotions or test regional pricing strategies.
  
  
  

7. Save Changes
   
   

• After making edits, scroll to the bottom and click Save to confirm your updates.
