I can't see any of my products on my Etsy store. What can be the reason(s)?

I can't see any of my products on my Etsy store. What can be the reason(s)?

There are two possible reasons why you can't see any of your products on the Etsy store:


  1. Products created on the App but not on Etsy - This means that you are yet to complete all the onboarding steps of the App. In this case, your products are created yet to be created on Etsy. Complete the remaining onboarding steps to get this issue resolved.

  2. Listing Auto- Renew setting is disabled - Etsy follows a policy of renewing the Listing duration every 4 months. In case the auto-renew setting is disabled, the listings are temporarily removed from the Etsy store. 

    To rectify this issue:

    1. Scroll to the rightmost corner of the product.
    2. Click on the three dots to open product actions.
    3. Select “Edit Product”.
    4. Scroll down and choose “Automatic” under the Listing Renewal section.

    This will ensure the product renews automatically when needed.
