I can't see any of my products on my Etsy store. What can be the reason(s)?

There are three common reasons why your products may not be visible on your Etsy store:

1. Etsy Shop Is Not Live:
  1. Make sure your shop has completed all Etsy onboarding steps, such as shop setup, listing creation, payment method, and billing setup.
  2. To confirm, sign out or use an incognito window to check if your shop is visible to buyers.

2. Products Are Only Created in the App (Not on Etsy):
  1.  If products exist in the app but not on Etsy, it means your app onboarding is incomplete.
  2. Finish the remaining steps in the app to successfully push products to Etsy.

3. Listing Auto-Renew Is Disabled:
  1. Etsy listings expire every 4 months unless auto-renew is enabled.
  2. If this setting is off, expired listings won’t appear.
  3. You can update this by editing the product.

How to enable auto-renewal:

* Go to the product in the app.
* Click the three dots on the right to open product actions.
* Select **Edit Product**.
* Under **Listing Renewal**, choose **Automatic**.

This ensures your listings renew automatically and remain visible.
