I have 10 products marked as Active on Etsy, but on the Home page of the app, it says they are "Not Uploaded." How can I refresh the status?

To refresh the status of your products on the Home page, click on the "Refresh" button located at the top-right corner of the homepage. This will update the status to reflect the correct information.

If a product is marked as "Not Uploaded" in the app but is active on Etsy, it means the product was uploaded directly on Etsy and not through the app. In this case, you need to run "Sync from Etsy" — this will fetch the product into the app.

Once fetched, make sure to link it with the respective Shopify product to enable seamless syncing.

Additionally, if products are already linked but the Etsy status hasn’t updated in the app, you can also run "Sync from Etsy" to refresh the status.
