Why is my Etsy order not visible in the app or on Shopify?

Possible reasons why an Etsy order isn’t visible in the app or on Shopify:

A. Order isn’t visible in the CedCommerce Etsy Integration App

1. The order isn’t marked as Paid on Etsy.
2. The Etsy connection token is invalid. Reconnect your Etsy shop with the CedCommerce Etsy Integration App to fix this.

B. Order isn’t visible in Shopify
  1. Your plan’s order limit in the CedCommerce Etsy Integration App is exhausted
  2. The product SKU is missing or doesn’t match.
  3. The product has no available inventory.
  4. There’s an order error in the app (e.g., “Name can’t be blank,” “Title can’t be blank”).
  5. Your app subscription is expired. Check that the purchase status is not showing License Expired.
