I have recieved an order on Etsy but that order is not visible in the App or on Shopify. What can be the reason?

I have recieved an order on Etsy but that order is not visible in the App or on Shopify. What can be the reason?

There are three possible reasons why an order received on Etsy is not visible in the App:

  1. Order Limit exhausted
  2. Product SKU unavailable
  3. Inventory unavailable


Generally, an order is synced and updated in real-time in the App. Once any of the above encountered issue(s) is resolved you'll start receiving orders in real time.
