Why is my Etsy order not visible in the app or on Shopify?

There are three possible reasons why an order received on Etsy isn't visible in the app or on Shopify:


  1. Order Limit Exhausted
  2. Product SKU Unavailable
  3. Inventory Unavailable


Typically, orders are synced and updated in real-time within the app. Once any of the above issues are resolved, you should start receiving orders in real time again.
