I have refunded the order on Shopify, will it be synced to Etsy?

No! You need to refund the Etsy Order directly on Etsy. There is no API available through which the refund can be synced from Shopify. The Etsy Order can only be refunded on Etsy. No amount will be refunded through your Shopify, therefore, it is recommended to refund the Etsy order directly on Etsy.
