I have updated some information on my products from my Shopify store but it is not reflected in the app and on Wish too.
By default, the app has settings are enabled to sync each and every piece of information as per your Shopify store and so on Wish too. In case you see that some updates are missing, kindly process them further-
- Go to the Settings section in the app and check that you have enabled the syncing from your Shopify store.
- Sometimes we don't get a sudden response from webhooks which works between the Shopify store and App that's why updates can be missed. Go to Products -> Manage Products and click Sync With Shopify button. Your all updates would be synced to the app.
- If you are changing any primary information like the Title, Description, Image, or SKU of products from your Shopify store then it will sync to the app but to update the same on Wish, you need to re-upload your Products because there is no update API available for this information. So just select and re-upload your products.
- To quickly update inventory on Wish, click on Bulk Inventory Update in the Manage Product section.
