I’ve changed the images of my products on Shopify, but they are not updating on Etsy automatically. Why?
The images do not sync automatically from Shopify to Etsy. To update the images on Etsy, you need to manually perform the "Update Image" action from the app. Here's how:
- In the app, select the products for which you’ve updated the images on Shopify.
- Choose the "Update Image" action from the bulk action menu.
- Click Submit, and the updated images will be sent to Etsy.
